myeircom dashboard launched
It's a big day in Old Hat HQ with the launch of the myeircom dashboard. It's taken over 6 months of blood, sweat and tears (but surprisingly little swearing) to get from initial concepts to finished product. The dashboard, which is available for all eircom customers offers a complete overview of their account including phone bill, broadband usage, products, orders and faults.
It's a large project and we've been involved at all stages of the process. In addition to the usual design and front end development we've also provided the AJAX integration between the back end systems and the dashboard, working onsite with the eircom team to ensure the end product meets eircom's exacting standards.
